AlarmPop

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 12, 2026

These terms apply to the AlarmPop iPhone app and alarmpop.app. By using either, you agree to them. Where you downloaded AlarmPop from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What AlarmPop is

AlarmPop is an alarm clock app: alarms ring until you complete a wake-up mission. It's built on Apple's AlarmKit so alarms can ring through Silent mode and Focus.

⏰ Please don't bet your life on any alarm app — ours included. AlarmPop is designed for reliability and schedules backup alarms, but no software can guarantee your device will ring: a dead battery, powered-off phone, OS behavior, denied alarm permission, or a deleted app can all prevent an alarm from firing. For can't-miss-it events (flights, exams, shifts), set a second alarm on another device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages from missed or failed alarms or anything you miss as a result.

Subscriptions & purchases

Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or tamper with the app or its purchases, and don't use it to break any law. We may discontinue features (or the app) — if we ever do, active subscriptions would be handled per App Store rules.

Your content

Future features like Wake-up Cam record to your device; clips are yours and are shared only when you choose to share them. You're responsible for what you share and for the consent of anyone else in your clips.

Warranty disclaimer

AlarmPop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
